Born and raised in Maine I have always valued community, compassion, and caring for others. Although I spent time living in San Diego, California, Maine ultimately brought me back home- where I chose to settle down, start a family, and dedicate my career to serving those in my community.
With over 20 years of diverse nursing experience in the hospital setting, I bring a deep clinical foundation and a broad understanding of patient needs across all stages of life. This experience has shaped my approach to care - one that prioritizes safety, dignity, and individualized support.
My passion for homecare comes from a strong belief that seniors deserve the opportunity to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. Home is where people feel most comfortable, secure, and respected, and it plays a vital role in overall well-being. I am especially committed to serving the elderly population through compassionate care, close monitoring, and advocacy, including the prevention of elder abuse.
As a wife and mother of two, family is at the heart of everything I do. That same sense of care, trust, and responsibility extends to every client and family we serve. Our mission is to provide high-quality, reliable homecare services that support independence, enhance quality of life, and give families peace of mind.
This homecare business was founded on experience, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home.

Isabell Kubeck's love of personal stories and passion for helping others has fueled her desire to work with and spend time with elders. She believes that they bring experience and valuable insight on life that can be so helpful for younger generations. In her career, Isabell has had the pleasure of working with seniors in a variety of roles, including as a caregiver, registered medication aide, human resource professional, and administrator of a memory care facility. 

In her current multi-faceted role Isabell enjoys leading a team of compassionate and dedicated caregivers in providing high quality services to clients in need. Isabell appreciates the highly personalized care home care is able to provide to each client and is committed to being an advocate for clients to ensure their immediate as well as ongoing needs are best met. 

When not at the office, Isabell enjoys spending time with her family and exploring Maine. 

Arianna began her healthcare journey over 10 years ago as a CNA. She joined Compass in 2020 as a caregiver and quickly fell in love with the work. Today, she serves as our Assistant Manager and Scheduler, supporting our team by coordinating care, mentoring caregivers, and ensuring clients are matched with the right fit.

For Arianna, caregiving is more than a job - it’s a lifestyle. She finds her most rewarding moments in being present with clients and their loved ones during life’s most vulnerable times, especially at the end of life. “It’s such an honor to provide comfort through that journey,” she shares. She describes herself as humbled yet proud to make a difference each day. “I love to love people, and caring for others comes naturally.”

Arianna is grateful to be part of Compass, a place where she feels valued, supported, and truly matched with clients who fit her strengths. Outside of work, she enjoys her cat, traveling, and a good conversation.

Katrina Tasker found her love for seniors at a young age, while being raised in an in-home style Assisted Living community. She has gained experience in differing positions in the elder care industry, including caregiving in facilities and homecare, memory care and administrative support. Throughout the years Katrina developed a deep compassion for seniors along with a practical understanding of differing conditions.

She has held different positions since joining the Compass team in 2018 including Caregiver and On-Call Support. In this role, Katrina supports both our clients and caregivers by combining direct, hands-on care with the training and mentorship of fellow staff. Her work helps ensure we continue to provide compassionate, person-centered support especially to those living with dementia and individuals nearing end-of-life. She holds the Positive Approach to Care® (PAC) Trainer certification and enjoys sharing her expertise on dementia with Compass caregivers and families. When not at work, Katrina loves puzzles, baking and spending time with her daughters.
